Free Rain Barrel Program

Columbus Department of Public Utilities (DPU) customers who participate in the low income or senior discount programs for their DPU water bill can receive a FREE rain barrel with your Community Backyards voucher. Interested? Please first sign up for the low income and/or senior discount program at DPU if you aren't already signed up. Then, participate in the Community Backyards program either via the online course or attend a workshop. After you participate, please contact us to fill out the paperwork and get your free rain barrel! 

You must be a Columbus Public Utilities customer that receives the low income and/or senior discounts in order to apply for a free rain barrel. Quantity is limited and subject to availability.
