Resources for Businesses 

Many of these "Community Backyards" concepts can apply to land managed by businesses and organizations. These are relatively simple, small scale conservation projects and practices that can be easily implemented on a commercially owned or managed property! These practices benefit local water quality and sustainability, increasing Franklin County's climate resiliency. 

We have reimbursements available for businesses and organizations to do green infrastructure projects within the City of Columbus! Project examples include rain gardens, native plant pollinator gardens, pervious pavement, and rainwater collection systems. Learn more about our Business Rebates.
